Layers à Merge à Merge All (Flatten)

6. Image à Add border
Color: #FFFFFF (Hvid)
Size: 4

Using Magic Wand select the border
Layer à New Raster layer
Flood fill with your background color
 

 Effects à 3D Effects à Inner Bevel with these settings::

7. Selections à Select None
Layers à Merge à Merge All (Flatten)
Image à Add border
Color: #FFFFFF (Hvid)
Size: 6

Flood fill with your foreground color
 

Effects à 3D Effects à Inner Bevel using the same settings as before,
except Bevel choose 3.

Layers à Merge à Merge All (Flatten)

Add a couple of star tubes or anything you's like for the final touch

Another example, using a different image and colors, the layer
providing a warmer glow hasn't been used.
