File à new image:

113x113 pixels, Raster Background, 16 milions colors
(24 bit), transparent,

Chose a forground color
(#4572B6) and a
background color (#000080)

Shown in brackets are our choices

At your  forground color choose Gradient

and in the dropdown menu select Foreground-background

Gradient settings:
Angle = 0
Repeats = 25
Style = radial
Centerpoint: H=50 V=50
OK

Flood fill tool (F) and fill your image with the gradient

Effects à Textures Effects à Mosaic Glass

with these settings:
Number of colums = 44
Number of rows = 44
Symmetric
Glass curvature = 50
Edge Curvature = 0
Grout Width = 7
Grout diffusion = 2
OK

Effects à Geometric Effects à Cylinder Horizontal

Settings:
Strength = 50 %
OK

Effects à Reflection Effects à Feedback

Settings:
Opacity = 100
Intensity = 30
Horizontal & Vertical Offsets = 0
OK

Effects à Image Effects à Seamless Tiling

Settings:
Corner
Bidirectional
Horizontal & Vertical Offsets = 2
Transition = 50
Linear
OK

Save and name your tile as  Jpg
 

File à new image:
