Make Gifs with Giffy

1. Open Giffy which you downloaded and unpacked

Click "Load BMP" and find the images you just made in MSPaint

Open one images at a time

2. Click on the color on your image that you wish to make transparent

3. Check "Transperant" and then hit "Save Gif"
You still have your bitmapfiles available.

4. When you've converted all your bitmaps into gifs
you are ready to work on in GIFAnimator
