Make Animations using GIFAnimator

1.Open GifAnimator which you downloaded and unpacked

2. Select the folder icon as shown below and locate your first Blinkie row, the one converted into a transperant gif.

3. Locate the next Blinkie row for your Blinkie animation by clicking the icon shown below
continue this way so that all your Blinkie rows are inserted in GIFAnimator

4. If your Blinkie rows are not in the correct order, select the frame you wish to move
then use the arrows to move them up or down
 

5. Click on the Animation tab and check as shown below

6. Click on the "Image" tab and then on the icon shown below to select all frames

7. Write a number in the field marked by the red ring
the lower the number the faster your animation runs,
the higher the number the slower your animations runs.

8. Click the icon marked in red and see how your animation runs
and will turn out by using your selections

8. Save your animation by clicking the icon as shown below

This is the final result from following this tutorial.

The speed sat rather low to give you an idea of the effects possibilities.
